Drivetec is an analytics service provider that provides you, our customer, with tools to conduct surveys and build dashboards on key risks, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses. Our platform is a data aggregation and reporting tool, and as such the security of your data is of paramount importance.

We have implemented substantial security measures in place to protect your information. Unique user names and passwords must be entered each time a person logs on to complete a survey. Access to the Drivetec requires two step authentication("2FA"). The Site is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other technology to reasonably prevent access from outside intruders. When transmitting sensitive Information, we use encryption technology (the site is SSL certified). All our technology and processes are not, however, guarantees of security. Please keep your user name and password secret and contact us immediately if you learn or suspect that our security has been breached.

User Names and Passwords
Each user logs on using their own Microsoft SSO that must be authenticated each time that user logs on. Access to the main dashboard and summary reports requires a two-step authentication (via a mobile app).

SSL Security
Your Dashboard and the Customer Data are protected with an SSL Certificate from Microsoft Azure, which includes 256-bit encryption — the strongest level of data encryption available. SSL (Secure Socket Protocol) is the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. SSL secures the connection between your browser and our server, encrypting all of the information transmitted, therefore keeping it totally private. When you access the Site, your information is protected using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to authorised users in your organization.

World-Class Data Centres
Customer Data is hosted in multiple Class A, Tier 1 data centres, a standard that ensures 24/7 availability, redundancy and operational sustainability. Each data centre provides a secure environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
